Our fitness studio is not a social club. It is dedicated to individuals who only cares about results and RESULTS ONLY. One of the oldest and established personal training facility’s in Oregon. Mark Chippindall is known for getting results for clients and taking them to the next level.

Mark Chippindall and his staff make up over 75 years of training experience. Whether you are 14 or 75, Mark Chippindall’s Personal Training will accommodate you and tailor your program to your needs. Programs, trainings, and everything else you can expect from our facility:

STREET WORKOUT

Train using your own body weight or different structures. The key elements are handstands, pushups, dips, pullups, hanging, and combinations of these.

YOGA AND PILATES

Yoga and Pilates don’t have to be two separate practices. They can work together to help strengthen your core, lengthen your side body, and improve your alignment.

CARDIO TRAININGS

Exercise at a constant moderate level of intensity for a specified duration,  including walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, jump rope, stair climbing, and rowing.

INTERVAL TRAININGS

The best way to burn calories and lose weight fast. It is a type of training that involves a series of high intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

Facts and Achievements

Mark Chippindall is proud to offer Rock Steady Boxing as an affiliate with certified coach and personal trainer Lisa Rast. Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing based fitness curriculum.

  • Hello, my name is Virginia Bachman. I am 53 years old and finally in the best shape of my life. From May 1st 2017 until April 30th 2018 I lost 100 pounds. I have gone from 227 pounds to 127 and have lost over 100 inches. It has been an incredible journey and has taught me so much about myself and what I am capable of. The journey all started the day I walked into Mark Chippindall’s Personal Training. With the help from Mark and all of the other trainers here I was able to transform myself. I am now working towards doing a fitness competition which has always been a bucket list item for me.   • I started with Mark Chippindall’s Personal Training 12 year ago.  I was coming off a knee surgery and needed to get back into good physical shape. I reached out to a few private trainers in the Beaverton area and even tried a few. I felt Mark and his trainers actually understood how to help me achieve my training goals and how to work with me especially while recovering for my knee injury.  Mark’s team does not make you fit into their “fad” workouts, They adjust their training to meet your needs.  They did such a great job that 12 years later I’m still training with Mark Chippindall’s Personal Training.  John and his team treat you more like part of their family and not just a client.
